Mr. Shur spends a majority of his time litigating commercial and retail collection matters including foreclosures in various New York State Courts and adversary proceedings in Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Shur began his legal career in 1989 as a prosecutor at the Monroe County District Attorney's Office, where he secured more than 60 violent felony convictions after trial. Mr. Shur joined the firm in 1998.
