Mr. Broyles is the supervising partner for the firm's foreclosure practice. The majority of his time is spent handling creditors’ rights issues in foreclosures and commercial litigation in the numerous state and federal bankruptcy courts of New York. Mr. Broyles also represents clients in transactional matters involving the formation, expansion, reorganization and dissolution of closely held corporations.
